What our patients get from me is honesty, sincerity and professionalism throughout the entire process, beginning with their first visit. It's about giving the patient realistic expectations and natural results. Elegance at our office means how well we do things, and not how much we can do. An extra asset is my knowledge of Spanish, and over the past 12 years as Office Manager, I have used it a lot with our patients from Mexico and Latin America. It makes them feel at home and very comfortable.
